LASA will encourage, promote and teach amateur youth to senior softball through an organized effort that fosters the following:

1. Sportsmanship, community spirit and fellowship of all participants for the betterment of their physical, mental and social well-being. 
2. Pursuit of Excellence at the competitive level
3. Our guidelines will strictly follow the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).
